Job Description
The Head Coach provides vision, leadership, and direction for the women’s basketball program at Ithaca College, leading all aspects of a highly competitive Division III basketball program, including recruiting student athletes, teaching strategy, and fostering an inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Lead all aspects of a highly competitive Division III basketball program
- Recruit student athletes who reflect the academic excellence and values of Ithaca College
- Teach sport-specific skills, strategy, and techniques
- Foster an environment that prioritizes academic success, personal growth, character development, and well-being
- Manage roster decisions, including identification, selection, retention, and evaluation of student athletes
