Job Description
The Department of Media Arts, Sciences, and Studies is creating a pool of qualified candidates for part-time lecturer positions for openings during the 2025-26 academic year. Possible areas may include but are not limited to, courses in: Introductory Photography, Introductory Filmmaking and Screen Studies.
Requirements
- Terminal degree (Ph.D. or M.F.A.) preferred
- Applicants with an undergraduate degree in a film or television-related area of media production and substantial industry experience may also be considered
- Prior experience in teaching college-level courses
- Substantial industry experience in film or television-related area of media production
- Adaptability, collaboration, inclusivity, respectfulness, responsiveness, results-driven, and sustainability
