The Residential Facilities Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the College's residential facilities housing approximately 4,000 students. This position ensures operational excellence through the coordination of residence hall health and safety protocols, facilities management, and strategic residential programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of residential life/housing or facilities management experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cultivate an inclusive, diverse and welcoming environment
- Ability to treat all people equitably and with a sensitivity and awareness to cultural difference
