Support daily functions of the Registrar's Office, provide customer service, maintain records, and assist with communications. Develop and manage social media content and create educational videos and tutorials.
Requirements
- Familiarity with FERPA
- Proficient in social media management and video editing
- Creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational, listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
