Job Description
To manage customer services, meet and exceed business objectives, and ensure the consistent achievement of all third-party logistics KPIs. The Operations Manager must be able to develop new or improve processes, document and train staff, build reports, and analyze data, as well as communicate and work with the distributor to ensure all SLAs are met.
