Job Description
We are looking for a positive, professional, and dynamic Call Centre Operations Director to lead a team of Inbound Sales and Customer-Centric Team Leaders and deliver against client and internal business deliverables.
Requirements
- 5 - 12 years of experience in BPO Operations at a leadership level
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the BPO/Contact Centre operations
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / black belt trained/certified (preferred)
- Effective coaching skills
- Commercial acumen
- Planning and organizational skills
