Job Description
Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, recruiting and training sales staff, and running the sales office operations daily. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team of up to 15 team members.
Requirements
- Increase customer base by meeting/exceeding monthly, weekly, daily sales budgets.
- Recruitment and selection of sales brokers, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales brokers.
- Continuously developing sales team through training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyse sales, revenue, and expenses reports with management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Run daily operations of sales branch.
