We are seeking a bilingual Salesforce Business User / Administrator with strong marketing expertise to help streamline CRM operations and drive adoption across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business User (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic verbal and written
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred
