Requirements

• Technical Mastery: You should possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, demonstrating expertise in custom program development, enhancements, and debugging.
• SAP Implementation Experience: With at least 2 successful S/4 HANA implementations and 2 support projects under your belt, you should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in challenging environments.
• SME Level Competence: We're seeking candidates who can act as Subject Matter Experts in SAP ABAP, providing guidance and best practices to the team.
• Advanced Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Workbench tools and techniques is a must. You should be adept at developing and maintaining SAP interfaces, reports, and forms to meet complex business requirements.
• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role. You should be able to analyze requirements effectively and develop robust solutions.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
