SAP Success factor Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions for our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience with a focus on SuccessFactors.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with building custom modules on BTP.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams for EC implementation projects.
• Experience in the Big 4 or banking domain is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
