SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of total experience and mandatory experience in KSA. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will possess a strong background in compensation management within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with specific expertise in KSA localization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management implementation and support
• Mandatory experience with KSA compensation practices and regulations
• Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, compensation regulations, and industry best practices
• Hands-on experience with compensation management configurations, integration with other SAP modules, and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
