Event Production Coordinator

itison is seeking an Event Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of live events. The role will involve coordinating with event managers and production teams to ensure events are organized and coordinated. The successful candidate will join a small and ambitious events team and work on delivering some of Scotland's most exciting live experiences.

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Strong communicator who works well with suppliers and colleagues
• Experience supporting live events, productions or visitor attractions
• Ability to work with suppliers, technical teams and operational crews
