itison is a consumer brand that connects people to local businesses and live events. We're seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own performance across paid channels, focusing on Meta and TikTok. The role will be based in Glasgow HQ and involves strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social activity, as well as collaboration with the Social Media and Creative teams.
Requirements
- Own strategy, budget, pacing, scaling, and tracking for all social ads across itison Core, Events, and Venues
- Build campaigns, manage delivery, optimize performance, and scale winners
- Maintain strong account hygiene (naming, structure, UTMs, tracking consistency)
- Set clear creative direction and standards for paid social and drive real diversification
- Create and iterate ads at pace using existing video and static creative, using tools like CapCut + Canva (Adobe preferred)
- Build and maintain a repeatable testing roadmap with clear hypotheses
- Track performance signals and translate insights into next actions: scale / iterate / stop
- Deliver regular reporting that drives decisions - what happened, why, and what we do next (no vanity metrics)
- Work alongside Social Media and Creative teams to improve our paid-ready pipeline and keep output consistent
- Give clear, direct feedback that improves quality and speed — without creating bottlenecks
