ITM Power is a leading company in the green hydrogen industry and develops and manufactures advanced PEM electrolyzers. We are looking for a Principal Engineer (Process Packaged Units) to advance our growth strategy and expand our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification is an asset
- Extensive experience in managing complete plants, preferably with a focus on gas treatment plants
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of gas treatment plants, including compressors, separators, drainage systems, and other associated components
- Proven successes in leading large projects from concept to completion
- Previous experience working for an oil and gas equipment manufacturer is an asset
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., CE, ASME, API, ANSI)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
