We are a team that makes SMEs in Switzerland digitally successful. We support and actively accompany SMEs and stand for modern Microsoft technologies, recurring services, and AI & IT security. Our team meets every Monday at the iTrust office for personal exchange, focus, learning, and joint progress.

Requirements

• Main point of contact for SME customer portfolio on C-Level
• Encourage decision-makers with our attitude
• Recognize development potentials (Cross- & Up-Selling) at the customer
• Close opportunities successfully
• Consistently put on the customer's glasses, understand needs and translate them into tailored concepts & solutions
• Advise customers along our entire service portfolio
• Pick up the phone and support targeted acquisitions and conduct new customer meetings successfully
• Work with clear revenue targets
• Be regularly on site with customers
• Bring fundamental experience in consulting and sales of digitization projects
• Be familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft stack
• Communicate safely in German and English
• Understand Swiss German excellently
• Be sociable, goal-oriented, and have a high level of self-motivation
• Be conceptually strong and think in solutions rather than problems
• Advise and lead (at C-Level)
