Requirements
- First point of contact for IT inquiries
- Available for 1st and 2nd level support
- Support Platform Engineers and Solution Architects in daily work
- Forward complex requests to technology or coaching experts
- Operational and maintenance work
- Work with latest technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, PRTG, Copilot, Veeam)
- Independent work with high service and quality awareness
- Communicative team player with problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of modern system solutions in Microsoft environment
- Network management experience
- ICT sector education (ICT clerk, computer science EFZ or equivalent)
- German and English language skills
