Job Description
We are a team that makes small and medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland more successful digitally. You will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries, support customers, and help with operational and maintenance work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ICT sector (ICT businesswoman/man, computer science EFZ, or equivalent education)
- Good knowledge of modern system solutions in the Microsoft environment
- Experience in network maintenance
- Experience in service desk (ideally)
