The role develops, implements, and maintains the full lifecycle of compensation programs that align with company objects and drive sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in compensation, financial analysis or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups
- Entry to intermediate level experience in database tools, dashboards, programming
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understands complex data relationships and general system integrations while maintaining the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
