Job Description
The Global Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the US Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This is a hybrid operations and coordination role focused on candidate care, interview scheduling, and recruiting operations support.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in English
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition operations, or candidate experience roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and manage tasks with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system, iCIMS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and compliant records
- Comfortable using technology and AI enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful, human approach
- Experience scheduling across global and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational hiring environments preferred
