Role Overview

This position is responsible for developing and executing prioritized plans to implement strategies, negotiating and managing complex business agreements and contracts, and managing the entire lifecycle of sourcing & procurement projects.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute prioritized plans, negotiate and manage complex business agreements and contracts, manage sourcing & procurement projects, and identify and drive cost savings initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, five or more years of sourcing experience, and strong negotiating skills. They will also have experience with direct material strategic sourcing, knowledge of specialized resins and manufacturing processes, and the ability to travel domestically and/or globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related technical field
• Five or more years sourcing or related experience
• Direct material strategic sourcing experience with raw materials and engineered components
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English
