Strategic Sourcing Manager (Commodities)

Strategic Sourcing Manager (Commodities) responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategy for plant-based protein category, ensuring timely supply of quality materials for plants in Mexico. Close work with global and regional teams to evaluate market risks and opportunities, creating risk management strategies to maintain competitiveness and financial integrity of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agroindustry, or a related technical field.
• More than 7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing or commercial functions.
• Broad understanding of raw materials, transformation processes, and commodity markets.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments, volatile markets, and handle ambiguity.
• Advanced English (mandatory)
