Requirements

• A licensed RN with experience in IV therapy and a passion for wellness
• Grounded, confident, and calm—especially when things get busy
• A natural team builder and coach who brings both structure and warmth
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
• Motivated to learn, grow, and help others do the same

• Current RN license
• 1–2 years of clinical leadership or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Passion for functional medicine, integrative health, and people-first care
