Job Description
IV Nutrition, LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director- RN/Paramedic to manage the application of intravenous vitamins and provide clinical expertise and education. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Paramedic certification, 2+ years of infusion experience, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director
- Administer and monitor clients’ treatment and well-being
- Document interactions and communication with clients
- Demonstrate compliance with professional standards and regulations
- Assist in hiring functions
- Train and educate staff on procedures and client education
- Lead and influence staff through motivation and productivity
- Monitor and document staff performance and behavior
- Lead performance management activities
- Identify high performance employees and develop additional responsibilities
- Motivate the team with a commitment to positivity
- Assist in conflict resolution management
- Complete training for nutrition infusion therapies
- Exemplify and maintain standards related to culture and ethical behavior
