Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP), staffing qualified staff at U.S. AF Military Treatment Facilities. The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) is a multidisciplinary position responsible for assessment, treatment, prevention, and coordination of maltreatment allegations. This role focuses on providing comprehensive services and psychological interventions to children and families. The FATM serves as the primary provider of treatment for assigned cases, monitoring client participation, and ensuring adherence to relevant policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C)
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills
- National CAIAC clearance
