Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC is a department of defense funded program for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP). The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) provides support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in the US, offering treatment and preventative services for maltreatment of individuals, families, and children. The FATM is responsible for assessing, treating, and monitoring client participation in treatment, using social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a CSWE accredited school.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSW) license at the independent level.
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience providing clinical counseling.
- Must have experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
