Air Force Clinical Social Worker (FATM) - Travis AFB

IVA’AL Solutions, LLC is a Department of Defense (DoD) program supporting the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP), providing support to Family Advocacy Treatment Managers (FATMs) who provide services to couples and children in a military treatment facility setting. The FATM plays a critical role in preventing and responding to maltreatment, including providing comprehensive prevention services, conducting assessments, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating with families and monitoring client participation. The company's mission is to prevent and respond to intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior with children and youth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
• Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
• Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
• Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
• Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
• Valid drivers’ license.
• Computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• US Holiday travel availability.
