Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP). The FAN will be a member of the interdisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team, focusing on preventing child and partner maltreatment through home visits to local bases and supporting families with comprehensive support including health, parenting, and family violence prevention. The role involves providing nursing home visit services, conducting consultations, and offering support to families facing challenges.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with unrestricted U.S. state nursing license
- BSN from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maternal/Child or Community Health Nurse
- Home Visiting experience preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C)
- Must be current in maternal/child and family violence prevention nursing practice
- Must have a driver's license and the ability to travel
- Must be able to interact with clients in person and by telephone
