Customer Success Manager in Frankfurt, Germany. Manage customer relationships, implement success plans, and increase user acceptance. Work closely with customers, partners, and sales teams. Travel 30%. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills required.
Requirements
- Create business development opportunities with key sponsors
- Prepare and develop formal executive business reviews
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service
- Expertise in procurement, supplier risk, or accounts payable
- Experience in motivating customers to adopt new features or services
