Customer Success Manager role to ensure customers are successful and getting value out of the Ivalua platform. The role requires building and nurturing executive-level relationships, developing and executing comprehensive success plans, and owning the renewal process for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Master's degree in relevant field with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
- Ability to identify business development opportunities with key stakeholders within existing accounts
- Experience preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews (EBRs) to senior-level executives
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement of customer-centric initiatives
- Functional knowledge in Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Risk, or Accounts Payables is a plus
- French is a must for candidates applying for Montreal
