Contract and Invoicing Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Contract and Invoicing Administrator to contribute to an efficient and qualitative management of our service deliveries and customer agreements. The role involves many contact points, primarily internally but also in some cases externally to the customer. You will work closely with Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers and have a broad collaboration within the organization.

What You Will Do

Interpret customers' documented services and ensure correct billing based on agreements and deliveries. Analyze customers' technical services and, if necessary, investigate changes in services and billing. Administer and update billing based on customers' documented services and handle changes in ongoing deliveries and service termination.

Requirements

• Relevant education in economics, administration, or similar field
• At least five years of experience in contract administration and invoicing-related work in B2B
• Experience of working in complex IT environments and service delivery organizations
• Good understanding of agreements, service deliveries, and billing processes
• Experience of working in several systems and handling large information flows with high accuracy
• Fluent Swedish and English, in speech and writing
