Adjunct Faculty - Medical Assisting

The Adjunct Faculty - Medical Assisting role is a part-time position at Ivy Tech Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals, providing effective instruction and assessment, and promoting a positive experience with the college.

Requirements

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives
• Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and other requirements
• Engage with students proactively and regularly in meaningful and productive ways
• Demonstrate evidence of developing and implementing teaching strategies focused on engaging online students
• Interact with students and co-workers in a professional and cooperative manner
• Maintain a safe, quality online educational environment
• Demonstrate ability to promote an environment that reflects the broad backgrounds represented by our students and employees
