The Assistant Director of Financial Aid provides financial aid counseling to students and families for federal, state, and institutional programs, maintains financial aid compliance, and performs various financial aid functions. The role requires strong customer service and student advocacy skills, and the ability to create an inclusive environment. Working hours may vary, and travel is required throughout the South Bend/Elkhart Service Area.
