This part-time exam proctor position is responsible for administering and documenting certifications/assessments, working closely with the Testing Center Manager/Director to maintain currency in skills and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- At least three (3) years experience in an administrative support environment
- Good technology skills
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot system issues both remotely and in person
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Above average computer literacy
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, preferably Microsoft Office
- Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work with a diverse staff and student population
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to research and resolve student and employee related issues
- Ability to keep departmental information confidential
