PT - Tutor - Mathematics

The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is seeking a math tutor to assist students with college-level algebra, Quantitative Reasoning, and College Algebra, with a focus on providing one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B or higher in College Algebra or equivalent math course
• Ability to clearly explain algebraic concepts; familiarity with trigonometry and/or calculus is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient, student-centered approach
• Reliable, professional, and open to feedback
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
