Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator supports the maintenance team by maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, and plant equipment, and performing various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years' maintenance experience in the facilities, property management, hotel, or apartment industry
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and make effective decisions
- Strong mechanical, electrical, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
