Job Description
We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer to join and lead our AI Solution Delivery Team. In this role, you will design and develop scalable applications, integrate AI models into real-world solutions, and optimize LLMs, vector databases, and AI-powered applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software development
- Relevant experience in AI
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building and deploying classical ML and GenAI solutions—fine-tuning LLMs, crafting prompts, building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and designing multi-agent workflows with LangChain/LangGraph, or CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
- Comfortable orchestrating AI agents that plan, reason, and act (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT-style, or task-specific agents) and integrating them with business APIs and event streams
- Proven delivery on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiar with Foundational Models and Vector Databases
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
