Recruiting Coordinator

IXL Learning is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts in a fast-growing company. The role involves working with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers to ensure the hiring of the best individuals. The position requires a high-energy and detail-oriented individual to manage candidate interviews, track candidates, and provide a great candidate experience.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator (highly preferred), HR coordinator or in an administrative support role
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with an ATS (ours is Greenhouse) and G Suite preferred
• Passionate about education and technology
