Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our South Island team to partner with customers across the dairy sector, combining hands-on technical support with proactive account management and sales activity.

Requirements

• Manage and grow customer relationships across an assigned agricultural territory
• Drive sales activity from lead generation through to proposal development and deal closure
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing practical solutions and product expertise to customers
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share through proactive account management
• Develop and execute territory and business plans aligned to sales and marketing objectives
• Deliver customer presentations, proposals and commercial agreements
• Work closely with internal sales, technical and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales, pipeline and customer records using CRM systems
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, safety standards and values
