Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to develop your troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong electrical aptitude.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, lift and bend for up to 10 hours (with breaks) in cold and damp environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Electro/mechanical trouble shooting
- Read and understand blueprints, layouts, and schematics of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to use measuring and testing equipment (caliper, volt ohm meter, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team based environment
- Computer skills, keyboarding Microsoft word/excel
