Despatch/Stock Supervisor

The Warehousing Supervisor will lead and work within a team to achieve inwards and outwards flow of goods and materials, supervising and participating in operational activities, auditing and processing stock, and working with vendors and customers. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements

• Minimum intermediate proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications
• Knowledge of inventory platforms
• Leadership and ability to organise a team to gain efficiency
• Understanding of warehousing or inwards/outward goods environment in the retail sector
• Ability to learn the role and take ownership of it and guide others to maximise their abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Class 2 licence and a current Forklift licence would be advantageous, but not essential
