Office Operations Support Specialist

J. J. Keller is looking for an Office Operations Support Specialist to join our Service Operations team. The position involves processing client requests for our Drug & Alcohol, Driver Qualification and Vehicle Services in a timely and accurate manner. This position works closely with clients, vendors, state contacts and team members to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1+ years of experience in operational support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
