Job Description
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented professional to help us develop and implement comprehensive Partner retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in a Business-related field, at least 2 years of experience in business development roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in a Business-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development roles
- Experience within the financial services industry is considered an advantage
- Fluent speaker with excellent oral and written skills in Malay & English (Mandarin is considered an advantage)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Confident, persuasive and ambitious
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high-level of organization
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
