Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation in the store, including training and supervising staff, setting and achieving sales targets, and conducting performance evaluations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail operations and proven leadership and management experience.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager
- Preferably candidate from Retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management and customer service
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Good communication skill in English & Mandarin
