Distribution Center - Order Processing - Picker

J.W. Pepper & Sons, Inc. is hiring a full-time Order Picker at their Lithia Springs, GA distribution center. The role involves quickly and efficiently filling customer orders with a focus on quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Operate an RF scanner
• In-depth knowledge of the warehouse layout
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate seasonal overtime requirements
• Ability to work under pressure with strong motivation and a sense of urgency
• Excellent dexterity and coordination
• Physical strength – Must be able to lift 30+ lbs frequently
• Physical stamina – Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to count accurately and perform simple math
• Must be positive and friendly with the ability to work in a team environment
