Assemble electronic components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies, and verifying specifications. Prepare subassemblies and maintain productivity while following production standards and safety rules.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and understand prints and follow verbal instructions
- Comfortable with hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Demonstrates an advanced understanding of manufacturing processes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Capable of performing complex tasks
- Able to use inspection equipment and gauges including but not limited to calipers, dial bore indicators, and micrometers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
- Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals at a time
- Enter confined spaces as required by production needs
