Manage operational supplier quality, including validating the supplier's quality systems and processes. Lead in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services. Work closely with product development teams and suppliers to ensure industry quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the product development process and the role of quality and supply chain in new product launches as well as ongoing production
• Knowledge in quality management, analysis/improving tools
• Team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
• Analytical and problem-solving skills – communicate in a clear and succinct manner; effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – Chinese and English
