The Enterprise Solutions Specialist III (ESS III) is responsible for leading and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM), SAP change governance, and enterprise communications for SAP and enterprise IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in SAP, Organizational Change Management, IT transformation, demand management, or related enterprise roles.
- Strong experience working within SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and demand or workflow tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging business, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
