Job Description
Jabil is seeking an IT Application Admin II to administer, maintain, and support various business applications and IT Infrastructure services within Jabil Vietnam. The role involves application operations, vendor management, IT compliance & security, and audit support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in application administration supporting enterprise-level applications (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM)
- Proficiency in SQL (queries, views) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, governance)
- Experience with ITIL processes—incident, problem, change, and configuration management
- Working knowledge of IT security fundamentals (access control, patching, vulnerability management) and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Demonstrated capability in vendor management, contracts review, PO/Invoice/Payment processing, and service-level governance
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and variance analysis for IT services or applications
- Ability to automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
