Job Description
IT Supervisor position at Jabil, overseeing daily IT operations, supervising a team, and implementing IT strategies to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Proven ability to manage IT projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
