Kitting Operator

Job Summary: Support manufacturing through accurate and timely kitting of materials. Complete all kitting arts according to the build requirement and perform PFR back to store all the remaining parts. Complete all necessary documentation and do all inventory transactions in the respective systems.

Requirements

• Maintain their kitting area well organized and 5s.
• Use RF scanner for kitting of materials based on the job order from Stockroom to a build location.
• Complete all the requested kits accordingly to the requirement.
• Change the new labels upon completion of the kit to exact qty for MI and MA parts.
• Return the balance quantity to Stockroom for storage.
• Escalate to the stock keeper or Officers on the issues of any shortage of materials encountered during kitting.
• Ensure that the linking in the MES are done correctly.
• Update and file on all the documents like Pull list, pull list verification and shortages.
• Maintain goods 5'S at all times.
• Instill safety conscious attitude and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the company.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
